Issue 48: Missing includes in utils/patutil.h and confgui

1) utils/patutil.h lacks <unistd.h > for pid_t

2) confguiindex.cpp includes recoll.h but it is not in ipath: add ../qtgui to INCLUDEPATH in qtgui/recoll.pro.in

Compile errors under cygwin gcc-4.4.5
