Issue 344: No Recoll icon on (Cairo-) dock when Recoll is running, & no panel icon

When I run Recoll’s GUI, no icon appears in my dock (which is Cairo). Also, when the show-panel-icon option is checked, no panel icon appears.

Mint 18.1 x64 Cinnamon.

This works fine with the standard desktop (both the running app indicator and the tray icon).

I really regret it, but I really don’t have the time to get to know every desktop feature out there. Someone with Cairo dock knowledge will have to take a look at why this does not work.
