This happens from time to time with the Excel extractor: it is far from being able to handle all the excel files out there, and then, there are also the cases of actually corrupted documents.
I will not go into this, because I am not competent. If you want to pursue it, you may check with the people who write the Python Excel analysis code if they would be interested in looking at this. You’d first have to test your file with their current code:
