Issue 194: Categories displayed in wrong order if in toolbar mode

If in [guifilters] of "mimeconf" file you set this: 0:text = rclcat:text 1:spreadsheet = rclcat:spreadsheet 2:presentation = rclcat:presentation 4:media = rclcat:media 3:message = rclcat:message 5:other = rclcat:other

Categories will be well displayed only if configured as button but it will not work if displayed as toolbar (you will see "1:spreadsheet" instead of "spreadsheet" and not in good order).

Fix text for document filters displayed as combobox when the order#:name format is used. Fixes issue #194
